Mcdonald's

Went through the drive-thru. There was one vehicle In front of me at the speaker. They move forward as do I. I could hear the attendant fine, but she apparently couldn't hear me. I was asked several time if she could take my order, to which I replied, "Can I have a few moments?" Once I ordered she would repeat the order back, with something always wrong. Once I made my order and pulled up to pay, I was then asked if I could pull around to the #1 spot on the other side of the building reserved.for drive-thru. I didn't have a big order, and even though it was around 12:30, it wasn't busy at all considering it was lunch time. Once I pulled into the #1 spot, I started to notice that the #2, #3 and so forth were pulling in and out, the staff was going in and out of the doors with bags in each hand. Then I thought, OH...it's because of the pandemic, but I remembered that when I pulled in on the Marquee it said in big letters "Lobby is now open for dining." So I was still confused as to why everyone was being pulled around to the front. I have worked in fast food since 1999, and I completely understand that locations that have drive-thru's have to keep and eye on the drive-thru time and to not let the drive-thru get backed up, but as I sat in the parking lot waiting for my order, which when it was first handed to me it was wrong, I was noticing how the vehicles that were pulling in to make their orders, the ones that were pulling out were causing a rather congested situation. In my opinion I would rather sit in the drive-thru a little longer than take the chance of either getting hit by another vehicle, or worse me being the one that backs out into another one because of the cluster that was being caused.
