Applebee's

I got there at 8:45 it took 15 min for anyone to even come to my table .. after the bartender took my order .. I proceeded to wait over 25min for my app. And salad.. that never came .. I finally gave up and went somewhere else before it was to late to get some dinner elsewhere. I will definitely never be back to this restaurant ever again.. the employees need to realize that the costumes are why there there and without us spending hard earned $ they wouldn't have a job ..

So tonight my service was amazing. I believe our servers name was Toronto. He got everything we needed and checked on us numerous times. I made sure he know how great of a job he did. Our food was out promptly and we had nothing bad to say. Thank you Toronto for the wonderful service at sidney location

Kind waiter who was doing his best during the rush. However our wings, fish, fries and Mac and cheese were served cold and tasted dry as if it was made yesterday and left out until we ordered. Asked for a fresh batch of fries and it tasted like old fries thrown in the microwave. Super disappointed and would have loved to NOT pay for the food and walk out but we were starving and eat what we could stomach. I usually enjoy Applebee’s so hopefully this location gets their sh*t together.

we walked in a hour to close and we weren’t seated which is completely fine because there was a wait, however what isn’t fine is the way the manager talked to his employee. they way he told them to send us away was unacceptable. he could have told us himself and he definitely could have been a lot more respectful to them. if he is comfortable being disrespectful to his employee in front of customers, then think about what he does behind closed doors.

Show up Friday evening just after 8pm. 5 other patons total. Took more than 10 mins to get 4 drinks (only 2 from the bar). Took 25 mins to get our food. Not brought out at the same time. Kids fries were cold and their food was brought 1st. Ordered med steak...barley cooked 45 secs per side. Shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. Said they were waiting on fires for mine and kids remake. 4th plate 10 mins after the kids food came out and the only one "right" if you call ribs sauce covered bones. Barley a full bite of food per. HORRIBLE! Worst experience EVER at an Applebee's. Waitress flat said she didn't care! Manager patronized (to the level of belittling) my husband over his steak. Downfall to traveling and finding a place to eat is you don't get time to read reviews. Don't waste your time. I would leave less than 1 star but wouldn't let me leave a review. ALWAYS CHECK REVIEWS!
