I must say that the branch in Sidcup really has changed for the better. The customer service is amazing and that's something you can't buy. Very helpful, charming and made my day. Thank you so much and making the best black coffee a girl can ask for.

This is one of the best Nero's i have been to, and theres quite a lot. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and make a brilliant coffee!. In all honestly, There are a lot of coffee shops in this town but none i enjoy more than coming in Nero for my coffee fix.

I am a regular visitor to Sidcup Neros. It is clean and tidy and the staff are lovely, friendly, obliging and courteous. Coffee is great and lots of tempting cakes etc waiting to be eaten! It has recently undergone a bit of a refurb - repainting etc. Looks good, but I wonder about the wisdom of taking two tables away because it can get very busy and lack of seating could cause people to go elsewhere.

Cosy, relaxed coffee shop, with friendly staff to get your order sorted in a timely fashion. It's situated opposite Sidcup's library, so is a good place to visit when you've had enough of the silence (or the book machines...)

My son and I always pop into Caffè Nero if there is one nearby, they are so much better than the other well known coffee shops. Lovely coffee and cakes to be had. Plus the seasonal flavours of Christmas added to various hot drinks.

Nice place with friendly regulars in there. Air con and plenty of tables to sit. I tend to come in her for a little atmosphere to work on my laptop, free WiFi and charging ports. Can't go wrong

Not bad, but this place gets very busy and noisy. As you can use your laptop here and charge it too. Everyone will be here. Unless you intend to get here very early, you'll be hard pushed to get a seat that has a complimentary accessible plug socket.
Staff are polite and friendly too.
