Me and my mum had an excellent time. We could see that the staff were rushed off their feet, everyone was served in good time and all staff had a great attitude. We will be back for more Thatchers Gold and Jagermiester.

This was the day of the Sherborne Pack Monday Fair. I was so pleased to get a table booked the evening before. I was not disappointed . We both selected the Hunter's Chicken which came quite quickly and was very tasty. The staff were helpful and polite.

We stayed overnight and ate in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good typical pub fare at a reasonable price. It's discounted if you stay at the hotel. They serve real ale which was good. It's a good location and has its own car park, which is free if you are staying there. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent service from Katie and John, and delicious food cooked by Craig.
Our three dogs were made very welcome and given quite a few dog biscuits!

visited for a meal with family, John was very friendly when he took our order and checked for any food intolerances and allergies. I had the gammon steak which was cooked perfectly by Hannah, would definitely recommend this dish to others. We will visit again.

Great place. Food very reasonable and decent..staff very friendly and helpful. John went above and beyond to look after us and made a fuss of the kids which they loved. Would definitely recommend to families. Thanks for having us.

What a great pub...we came in for breakfast and the footy. Hannah and Stevie made a tasty breakfast. Well recommended.The atmosphere during the game was fantastic a lot of people in watching of all ages.
Then we met friends outside for a few pints. Probably stayed longer than I should but we'll worth it. If you looking for a friendly pub with great staff l. The place to come

great location, great comfortable accommodation, great food and an exceptional service! Craig really went above and beyond, a super worker and personality!! Not easy finding staff these days and especially one like this!! Extremely lucky to have him!! We will be back!
