Subway is always my go to, but this subway has some of the nicest staff.
The kids who work in the afternoon have my respect for always making sure that my order is right and they don’t treat me like a customer, but a friend.
I wish more customer service workers were like the one’s who work here.

I would not even give this subway one star. The employee who has long hair (his name starts with "D") was extremely rude. He had a sarcastic attitude, wasnt very talkative, just rude. He acted like he didn't want to be there.
Bottom line is I will not be back. The Clarinda subway is 100% better. Really was an awkward visit to this subway.
Rating 0 need people who will enjoy their job, play music, etc what a boring atmosphere

Just went to pick up an order for my son and they said it was close because they were mopping the floor and they close for 10 to 15 minutes every day to mop the floor. Three customers were waiting outside to get in to order food, and they were all very angry about this. I have picked up an online order and the bread was wrong so I wanted to have the food exchange or we made, and the employee told me he could not do that because it messed up his inventory. The customer service at this place is very bad and there’s so many other subways around, so I would give your business to those
