I work in the area and have had their food at least 5 times and only twice it was good. I'm done! how do you give someone a breakfast sandwich with old bacon and one piece of the bread toasted and the other not toasted. Very confused!

The order was waiting for me, but the bread was not toasted, as I had ordered, so it was a bit of a soggy mess., There wasn't a napkin included in the bag which I would have expected in a take-out order that was placed online.
