I really enjoyed my visit. The staff were wonderful, attentive and very helpful, the food was fresh and well cooked. Definitely go and visit them, you won't be disappointed.

I can not give any stars for gregs in shaw as it is such a miserable place to buy from.. The staff are rude everything is to much trouble. They leave you waiting to be served. Can not understand why they work in retail if they hate it so much !!!!!!

Can not keep up with demand. Shelfs empty with only a couple of sausages rolls and pastas left

I Call in here regular and the service and staff are all amazing,kind, and welcoming especially Debbie, even when they are super busy they are always happy and professional

Always cold food . Staff members put cold food into the display as you walk in to give the illusion the food is fresh and hot but it's stone cold and stale

Very poor, apathetic staff at Shaw Greggs. Got my order wrong and then failed to pack all I had paid for. Food very cold. Terrible place.
