Cold food. You could tell it was thrown together. Nothing like advertised in the pictures. What let down. Honestly, I do not think Burger King wants this kind of poor service to take place. I spoke to someone and they just blew me off. My girl was smoking, mad.

I've stopped at Burger King in Seymour twice in the last week in the morning. Both times I sit at the drive thru waiting and waiting, saying hello over and over. With NO response!!! Then I drive off and can see someone inside thru the pick up window! I absolutely will not be back! I won't waste my time stopping there again!! Both times was between 7:00 and 7:30.

The new whopper melt sandwiches were very underwhelming, the pictures show what looked to be like whopper size burgers when in fact they are little patties and they sandwiches are very small for the price. At this particular location not only was the surprise of the sandwiches a disappointment so was the overly cooked and dried out meat that was on the sandwiches.

We showed up and ordered the 2 for 10 whopper meals, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. They had us pull forward, which wasn't a big deal if we weren't the only ones in line. Got our food only to find out we did not get mozzarella sticks but instead got 2 orders of jalapeño poppers. The food was cold, fries were not even warm and to top it all off, THERE WAS A LONG SILVER HAIR IN MY WHOPPER. Worst service I've ever had.

The onion rings are horrible . They are just dough rings. Tartar sauce is sour and nasty. Won’t be back

I order a 5 piece French toast sticks the 1st time I get no syrup I wait through the line again for 15 minutes and then I get 4 piece French toast sticks instead of 5..... Ugh

The only 2 customers and still got my order wrong. The buns wernt very fresh and the coke tasted funny
