Applebee's

My brother and I had a good time at Applebee's. We were seated quickly at a comfortable table. The staff was courteous and quick to take our order. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very nice. They played music, but it wasn't loud enough to inhibit conversation. The food was very good. My steak was cooked just right and the side dishes were also tasty. I left with a full stomach. We got our monies worth and you can't complain about that.

My husband and I went to Applebees in Seymour, IN and the food was awful. I got chicken tenders and fries and was supposed to get claw but did not get the slaw. The tenders were tasteless/had no flavor and the fries were tough. The fries had obviously been sitting in the warmer awhile and were not fresh. My husband got sirloin steak, garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was tough (even though it was supposed to be medium rare), the potatoes were not hot and the broccoli was tough. We will never go back to that restaurant again!

I was told a 15 minute wait and 45 minutes later we was seated ok fine. I understand the lack of help in the service industry however once we was seated the waitress took our drink and appetizer order and 15 minutes later no drinks. The hostess brought our appetizer and seen we still didn’t have any drinks so she took our drink order, but then went back to hosting and did not bring our drinks either. This is the first time in years I have been back to an Applebees and definitely the last time I will go to this one. If anyone is looking for employment try applying I am sure they would appreciate the help

Wow what a good experience my wife and I had at this Applebee's in Seymour Indiana off U.S. 50 our server was extremely nice all though very busy she handle her job like it was easy. I didn't get her name and I wish I did but darn it the food was good and fresh the ONLY reason a four star rather a five star is because my wife's order was incorrect but our server jumped right on it thanks for a great evening

Took 45 minutes just get our appetizers. Another 20 minutes after that to get our main courses. And we could tell that our food had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Staff was very apologetic and very kind very grateful to them but the service was terrible I understand that they were little on staff that night but standards were not met

Mom and I ordered a combo appettizer platter to share, as well as a side of broccoli. There were 5 other tables of people in the restaurant ( including one waitress on her lunch break). It took almost 30 minutes to get the food. The broccoli was coldand mozerella sticks werent soft. The chips tasted "stale" - asked the waitress on her lunch break. She said they may have switched brands or something. However, the waiter was very attentive and kept waters refilled with lots of lemon. :)
