Food and beer were brilliant. Just what I needed after completing the 3 peaks.
Although under pressure and short staffed, the staff were absolutely amazing. Great pub!

Great evening meal with decent veggie options. Loved the beetroot tartare and Gnocchi was really tasty, filling and well prepared. Decent ales too. Service a tad slow on a busy evening but friendly and helpful. Lighting in dining room a little bright for my taste. Good lively atmosphere .

Right in the centre of Settle. Called in for a drink and something to eat. Good menu, all cooked to order. Had the small fish & chips. Really good, homemade food. Definitely one to revisit.

Dog friendly with plenty of seating inside and out. Not a great selection of ciders but that seems to be the way with most pubs, wish more pubs would cater for cider drinkers rather than the usual pot bellied folk that drink beer... rant over. Tastefully decorated inside and easily the nicest pub in Settle.

Spot on, a very quick decision from the wife to accommodate lunch for our three year old grandson.
Not a problem.
We had an enjoyable lunch and great interaction with the staff and our munchkin ❤️

We had sandwiches from the new menu! Highly recommended absolutely delicious! Fresh, tasty flavours! Served with a side of hot fresh homemade chips!
I cannot recommend the Cajun chicken & the toasted ham & cheese rarebit enough! Lovely atmosphere & wonderful staff!

This is a lovely pub restaurant, with lots of atmosphere.
It serves great food that fills you up and is very tasty.
I recommend the fish and chips very highly.
The pub is dog and family friendly.
Easy to get to with parking nearby close to Asda express.
An excellent place for dinner, drinks and relaxing.

I haven't seen the accommodation. We had a full English breakfast today. The place is cosy and inviting. The staff we encountered were good. The breakfast was very good both vegetarian and standard. The breakfast was very good overall.
We would go again.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights earlier this month, we couldn’t fault the atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast was spot on, the best sausage I have had in a long time. Excellent base for the train trip to Carlisle.
