Domino's Pizza

We have started to get Domino's instead of Pizza Hut at all costs. Domino's pizzas and sides/desserts are always steaming hot and fresh and delicious. The lava cakes are so nice and chocolatey, and the cheese on the pizzas is so gooey and melty. The store itself is rather small, and they have a drive-thru, but they never fail to get my order out pretty quickly, especially if you use the website to order and pay attention to the estimated pick-up time. Plus, you can earn free pizza on the website! What's not to love?!

My food arrived and top box is smashed. The food tracker said that it came out of the oven 40 minutes prior to arriving. It's not hot. And the last time this happened I was told that they would make it right but wouldn't be able to do so again. I work hard for my money and feel that that's unacceptable.

I was on hold for 20minutes so I went to check out what was going on. The employees were just chillin not even working. I thought they might of been busy but I guess not. I spoke with management and I think she is just as bad as her employees. Her name was Joy contrary to the mood she was putting me in. I went to another pizza joint so lame.

Please note. I'm usually happy with Domino's in selmer. But recently I'm not too happy. We visit the water park, which is located right beside y'all. I called and was on hold for close to 20 minutes. I walked over to y'all to see for my own eyes why my call wasn't answered. Even showed the service call my phone. She informed me it never rang there . She asked if I dialed the right number. I said I've dialed this number for years. Meanwhile couldn't help but notice another employee on the phone. Must of been a personal call. Laughs smiles and giggles. Please understand I'm usually a happy customer. But this has gone on too many times to be placed on hold.

Been here quite a few times and every time it's been great. Great customer service. They have the pasta bread bowls that I am obsessed with. I ordered twice. I get the build your own pasta bowl with hearty marinara sauce and beef, onions, and cheese. The second time I ordered They made mine with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara sauce. I was disappointed but didn't complain for a few reasons. Mainly I was hungry and didn't feel like getting a new one but when I ordered on the app it makes me select no Alfredo to get the marinara. They way the sticker reads is confusing. It says no Alfredo, hearty marinara. Why does it have to say no Alfredo when that's not what I wanted to begin with. It was a simple mistake that I am sure has happened before. I also didn't complain because I asked for my wings to go through the oven 3 times and they actually listened. My wings were cooked perfectly. Your staff is amazing and thank you for bringing back the mild buffalo sauce.
