Ordered a mozza meat salad. They had no capicola and didn’t put mozzarella in my salad. Literally two pieces of ham and lettuce. Go elsewhere

I wouldn't recommend this location. Literally every time I went in the past with a legit Subway coupon that was sent to me in the mail, they always refused to accept it. The lady just said "We refuse" They aren't the friendliest people. First of all, it's customer service and most people want to go to places where they can save money. Not spend a fortune for customizing your own sandwhich.

The old woman working here should retire. If she’s the owner she should fire herself. It took her longer to make my sandwich incorrectly then it would have taken her to make it correctly. She’s not just miserable, she treats the customer miserably. They short you on ingredients and charge more than other subways. How are they allowed to operate like this with no oversight.

While ordering the man and Lady working there yelled at me because I wasn't speaking loud enough because they messed up my order and after speaking louder they proceeded to keep messing up my order and kept giving me the wrong ingredients. They also seemed to not want to give me the extra ingredients I wanted and refused to give me a refund. Another customer with me agreed that we are never coming back her again.

Absolutey awful person who works there. Nothing but problems and was denying my subway coupon. If you don't use it there that's fine. Don't be rude about it. Which should've been used from subway website and said it worked online or in-store. Awful place do not waste your time. She didn't even give me my receipt. I've went there so many times without a coupon with no problem first time with a coupon she was so rude.

Like many others said: horrible customer service. The indian lady is very rude and she literally counts the toppings as she puts them on the sub and she puts very very little. When was the last time any subway did that? It's like your paying for bread and sauce. I thought maybe this was a 1 time incident, so I went back couple times and it was the same bad experience with her every time.
Avoid this place. There are other subways not too far away. I will never be going back here.

Horrible. One time I went and the guy put the lettuce into a cup to measure it to put it on the sandwich. They skimped on everything. This time I found out they do not accept any subway coupons. Such a horrible experience. Go to Centereach one. Such a better subway. You will thank me.

We order 5 foot long hero's, there was 4 pieces of meat on it and nothing else. I called to bring them back to have fixed a the so called manager started to yell and tell me NO you opened them I can t fix. I wasn't asking for money back just to fix or give me the toppings. The manager was rude, nasty and unprofessional. Grubhub who delivered it was so nice and tried to help. I will never go to this location again. Shame on the way I was spoken too. Customer service was horrible.
