The List 1) Employees are more interested in joking around than taking orders. 2) Employees are more interested in making jokes than making sure the dining area is clean and suitable for customers to sit down and dine in. 3) Employees are more interested in making jokes than making sure you have your cup for your drink that you paid for with your hard earned money at any point during your dining experience. This includes while waiting for your food and even after your food has been served. 4) Employees are more interested in joking around than making sure your order is actually what you ordered. If you're looking for Kentucky Fried Chicken, you will be disappointed. At this establishment on Saturdays they only serve Kentucky Fried Comedy. I know it's hard to find decent employees in Seattle that want to work in the Fast Food/Quick Service Industry for minimum wage and even shorter hours. I also know that WE would be able to hire better people if we could offer full time hours or at the very least demand more of a commitment from the employees that we have...but these clowns have to go. ......Unless I'm supposed to just get used to a filthy restaurant with less than competent employees. Someone let me know.

Been giving this location "one more chance" for ten years but I'm Done. After last night, I'm never coming back here. Went there specifically for a nationwide promo that they weren't participating in, of course. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken, at 5:30 pm! As I wait, they put the sides in the bag, set it aside, and wait the 15 minutes for the chicken to come up. When it did, I asked the person to give me fresh sides. She said, "Oh no, it's OK.", and I said it wasn't "OK" and asked again. She gave me the stink eye and begrudgingly put two fresh plastic containers, a biscuit and a cookie in a bag. I asked for the receipt and she said it was in the bag. Like an idiot, I didn't check. Got home to find the chicken so over cooked all the bones just crumbled! The morons can't put water in powder to make mashed potatoes. The gravy was thicker than the potatoes! So, I ended up with up with a biscuit and a half cup of cole slaw for $$$. It was a nightmare getting into and out of this location 20 mins before and I wasn't about to take it back for more crap, so I went looking for the receipt, so I could at least complain online. So ends my tale....

I hate the fact that I paid over $20 for my lunch with my kid and you gave me a tiny kid sized sandwich. the one I wanted was like $5, this is a total ripoff dude. I'm already in the ferry lane and don't want to waste even more time coming down and making this right. Ugh. So annoying. 😕 Also who on earth can't make sweet tea? only regular bland bitter boring watered down tea water.

Agreed. Manager is never available when issues arise and they hardly ever answer the phone. Also, beware- this store has a bad habit of closing early. No notes on door and dead silence in drive thru. The lack of basic service at night is alarming!!! Is the GM even aware how horrible this location is run at night time?

Not the best KFC but it isn't bad. All these bad reviews are from bad customers who go around criticizing things and coming back just to start problems. Stop coming to this KFC if it's so bad and leave your review to yourself, this is the best KFC is West Seattle. Either go to 4th Ave, white center or just go to Popeyes, it doesn't matter just stop being dumb white people.
