Tried to get a sandwich today and the store was closed in the middle of normal business hours with a back in a half hour sign. They were not back in half an hour and I eventually gave up.
This isn't the first time this has happened with this location either. Some poor woman was waiting for her online order she'd already paid for and was ostensibly ready according to the app. She said she'd been there for more than half an hour before I even got there.

I did not catch her name. But the woman who works on the weekends is AMAZING, she works by herself but always has a smile, is super kind and is very efficient at her job. Makes a great sandwich too and is one of the reasons I go to this subway.

Lady was very friendly, despite being early in the morning. Was very fast and surprisingly cheap for two people.

The employees here have all worked here long time and it's obvious they're treated nicely. The produce for the sandwiches is always very fresh looking and they're happy to give you extra of everything with no complaint. Seriously the best produce out of all of the subways around here

The food is good but the customer service is terrible. Everytime I go in there I only encounter unfriendly staff. I say hi or hello and get nothing in return. I used to tip but today i decided only if the staff is friendly.

They no longer accept Subway coupons of any kind. Ridiculous.
Edited my review of this store. I used to come here everyday but they keep changing the prices on me. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS prices for food.
The staff barely speaks English and they always charge me a different amount for the same thing. These jokers need to go out of business.

The Seattle Subway locations all seem to be disappointing, and this one is no exception. They always seem to try and get away with giving you as little of toppings as they think you will allow, charge higher than average prices (they don't do the value sub stuff here, or at least not often), and the store is always a bit messy. Also, I don't know what they do to the ice at this location, but I swear it tastes like they added salt to the water before they froze it. I finally just stopped adding ice to my drinks as they taste nasty when it melts or you chew on an ice cube.
