Experiences before this past one were just fine. This time, though, when I said I wanted a meatball sub, his response was "we don't have meatballs after 6:40." I looked down at my phone. It was 6:41. It was almost like he was trying to decide whether or not to do it for me. They close at 7. I was so hungry I wanted to cry. Wasn't the best experience, especially since the meatballs he was talking about had probably just been out in the fridge and weren't even close to cool yet.
Go to Jimmy John's around the corner or the Subway a quarter mile away on 3rd. You're better off giving them your business instead.

I work in the area and used to come here fairly frequently, however I have to leave only 2 stars because they are never open during their posted hours. I work nights and try to come here before they close at 6pm (what's posted on the door). 3 times now I have gone to the store between 5-515pm and the employees have already locked the door and are mopping the floors. How hard is it to stay open during your posted hours?

It used to be fine, but now there's only 1 or 2 employees ever working and they are the slowest people ever. It shouldn't take 30 mins to get a sandwich when you are 3rd in line. What happened to the employees that used to work here?

Incredibly slow service; employees seemed uninterested and took forever to make our food. Bread was overcooked and tasted stale. Apple juice was old and had chunks floating in it.

I ordered a footlong and received one with bread hardened at the ends. When I reported it online, I received a call from the owner of what I thought was this store (receipt had store # on it). When I went back, the owner told me I never called him. I don't know if there was a mix up somehow with the stores, but I was treated with total disrespect after the owner thought I was making it up. I told him I'd contact the line again and he told me to go right ahead. The disrespect was ridiculous.

This store does not honor subway coupon. Employee flat out said my mobile coupon is not from subway. When I called subway customer service, they confirmed it is from subway. Don't go to this store if you are trying to use mobile coupon because they will make you pay full price

Lovely staff here. Close proximity(2-5min walk) to touristy destination like Pioneer Square, the Pier and the CenturyLink Stadium. The menu is ever evolving and love the VFM freshly baked cookies.

Claims Seattle Subway locations don't use coupons but neighbouring locations do. Don't seed disinformation because you don't want to not take coupons and lose a sale.
