Good, friendly, attentive service. Excellent cocktails. Beautifully plated Paleo meal. Our ribeye (steak frites) was more medium well than medium rare but very tasty. They quickly brought out an extra oyster when we mentioned our dish was short 1. But it appeared someone wasn't well trained in shucking as we both got shell grit in every oyster. They were served with a nice mignonette. The grilled shishito peppers were excellent. You can't go wrong with the bone marrow! Our dogs were very happy when we came home with the bones. We will go again but not order the oysters.

The food is fantastic! Great atmosphere and amazing staff. I have a laundry list of food allergies and my waiter Zach and the chef went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The bone broth was the best I’ve ever had, the bison tarter melted in my mouth and the sweet potato chips were one of a kind. Best meal I’ve had in Seattle, without a doubt! 👍🏼🙏🏼🙌🏼

Came here for brunch today because I had heard wonderful things about this location from a friend. Needless to say those expectations were met and exceeded! The cocktail menu is inspired and I recommend the "Blood & Pepper" bloody mary. I ordered the Wild Boar Bowl. I was pleased the boar was so tender and flavorful, along with the roasted vegetables accompanying the dish. I also tried the Bone Broth on a staff recommendation, which is not something I would have typically ordered, but it is now one of my new favorite things! Bonus on the bathroom being one of the tidiest I've seen. If you follow the paleo diet, or just love great food, give this place a try!

I absolutely love this restaurant. I first came here about a year ago and was so impressed with the menu. I love the steak tartare! I get it every single time I come in. Another favorite would be their cauliflower risotto. The cuts of meat have all been cooked perfectly. On my most recent visit I tried the Yucca Mash for Sunday brunch and that was the most interesting food adventure! It was delicious! Definitely give it a try. I love that this restaurant is Paleo friendly and the food tastes so good that anyone who doesn't eat that way is bound to like the food as well. Don't let some of the food prices scare you. The restaurant encourages family style eating. So bring some friends and share a rotisserie chicken. The Sides usually feed 2-3 people so it really isn't that expensive for a meal here. Not to menntion you are getting great quality food.

We made reservations to celebrate our engagement here, I ordered the beef filet mignon and it had a very heavy char. I unfortunately didn't enjoy my surprise dinner that was meant to be a treat. I did not complain because for one, it's intimidating with the kitchen right there, but also because I guess other people must like that flavor if that's how it is made. Personally I think there should be mention that it will have so much char though- the menu does not even imply this. Would still come back, but was extremely disappointed by the steak. Everything else was delicious.

Good intro to paleo food. The place is not big, but its nicely decorated (if you are vegan or don't like to see animal parts in display don't go there) drinks are great and simple, we got a whole roasted pheasant, but I found it dry and too much rosemary. Steak Tartare was great! And the bathrooms are amazingly cool!

My husband and I are on the keto diet for a little bit, so it's been a little hard to find something for date night. We had a double date here and it was amaaaazzzingggggg. The sides were the stars of the meal and paired perfectly with the steak. Service was prompt, kind, and perfect. You'll get the most of your meal by doing things family style here!
