Bedlam Coffee

So initially I was going to rate Bedlam Coffee with 3-4 stars. I was looking for a chill coffee shop to relax on a Sunday morning. I wasn't super impressed by the decor, kind of an 80's novelty shop theme. As I lingered, enjoying my Taller Perfect Latte, the place grew on me. The male barista knew customers by name. He was friendly. Relatively quick on the coffee. As my eyes wandered around the boxes of board games, I saw a sign encouraging people to unplug and play a game. Now I was feeling it. The rich coffee was tasting even better. I'm just passing through Seattle, but I definitely be back if I stay in Belltown neighborhood again.

Our favorite coffee spot in Seattle, which is no small thing. Nestled in the Belltown area, Bedlam is warm and inviting. My wife and I had 4 different coffee drinks over 2 visits, and all were great. Very relaxed vibe with eclectic decor inside, with a large variety of board game options. Extra bonus...Ready Player One was playing on the mounted TV. There was also a wall of local flyers with things to do. Try the lavender mocha.

Awesome cafe it great atmosphere, quirky interior design board games and delicious coffee. This is a very chilled out place with a selection of board games, so come with a group and you can easily spend the whole day! For tourists, this is a great spot on the way or back from the space needle. (Be sure to visit the nearby record shop) The staff were very helpful and offered some great recommendations. During the warmer months, I would highly recommend the cold brew. Otherwise go for one for their creative lattes or mochas.
