Ruby's Roadside Grill

It was busy, a Friday evening in July and we arrived just before 7pm. It was made pretty clear from the outset that it was a 45-50 minutes wait but that was ok, rather have that than drive on and go without. Loved the the ambience and the converted gas station and the staff were helpful and chatty. Most importantly when the food arrived the portions were huge and the burgers were fab. Also bought a t-shirt and got a couple of free stickers.

Brought our 5 year old German Short haired pointer on the patio. He loved it and we loved it. You order at the front and they call out your name to pick up. We went on a Saturday night and they were busy but very nice and honest about the 45 minute wait for food. Beer on tap was given immediately after ordered so we can listen to music or play corn hole. Overall experience was amazing and don't forget the food is to die for and amazing prices!! Owner even greeted us and our beloved dog. Will be coming back! Thank you Rubys

Great place that allows dogs. Plenty of parking and lots of seating indoors and out. They have lawn games outside too. The food was good but my burger had 2 bottoms which was disappointing since I don't usually eat bread and was craving a brioche bun. It was super sunny out so the wait was long and since you have to order at the counter there was a long line but worth it.

This place has a great atmosphere, we came here on a Friday around 3 so it wasn’t very busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful for us deciding on what to get since we have never been here. We loved that they had the back garage doors open and the front door to let the cool ocean breeze in. It looks like it could be a fun place for friends to gather and have good food,drink a few beers and toss the bags out back. Or just a family evening together. We plan to try them again before we leave town.

Really good food across the board. One person I was with was surprised the meats on the club were grilled, but everyone else loved their food! Garlic mozzarella fries: were really nice. 4/5 Pulled pork: was really good. The coleslaw was a treat for sure. Good amount of sauce that didn't smother the other flavors. Burger: delicious, and fresh onions. 5/5 Grilled cheese: really nice and cheesy 5/5 Vanilla shake: thick, but good; fun straw too 5/5 Chili: not very spicy, which was perfect for me 5/5
