We like their food and totally understand they are understaffed sometimes. But why is this place still open ! The last 3 times we picked up at the drivethru, we have either gotten the wrong order or been missing items (including the chicken). There is just NO excuse for that! IF we ever go back, I am going to check my order right there in the line before driving the 8 miles to go home.

Worst service. Ordered two popcorn chicken meal. Came without fries. Ask catch-up but missing. How many things you can miss in a single order? It was drive through and didn't feel good to go back and ask. Will not be going there.

Went here a couple months ago to get the Nashville hot chicken, this location had the best! Service was friendly too! Usually the KFC’s around the place I live serve soggy and “unchewable” chicken, but this location gave me really crispy chicken and did not skimp on the sauce or whatever that is :) i even got pickles with my chicken and most places don’t give me pickles. I know the reviews are kinda bad for this location but I had great food when I went here.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell location; the ideal combo to most. However, this location specifically is the worst. I have been consistently let down by their wait times inside and drive thru, their customer service, and overall cleanliness of the establishment. I am in awe of how this is acceptable.

The owners of this restaurant closed everything but the drive through. The store now blocks traffic on to the main road and is going to cause an accident.

Waited in the drive thru for 1 hour only to have them say they were out of food. Absolute joke!!

literally didn’t give us our fries when it was just a simple combo meal. it came with THREE things and they left one main part out. but they made sure to give us 50 packets of sauce for the fries we didn’t even get.

Don't order from here. Placed an order at 8:40, they kept postponing the ETA until 10:05. At that point the restaurant (and all the other places I could order from if I knew) were closed and the ETA said 11:15... You area fast food restaurant ffs. Also, if you can't fulfill, just cancel.
