Panera Bread

First of all I just would like to say that this place is extremely understaffed and I could see from the get go they could use more employees. With that being said these guys absolutely killed it! They were extremely polite even through a completely rude customer that was wrong about her own order, they were quick with the ordering system then quick with the food window. I did not catch any names but the older woman working the front and older woman working the kitchen were both great employees! They greeted every guest with a smile and killed it under immense pressure!

I am in good Business running number of restaurant and fast food. They give me a dirty cups with food all over when I told them they throw a cup and upset. Also i recd cold food when I when to raised issue the manager was very disrespectful and her name Marisa she called herself a manger.. plz do something with this restaurant

I have been a loyal customer for years and it’s never been the best, but it has most certainly not been as bad as these last 2 times. The second to last time, we ordered food on the kiosk stand for a “for here” order, but it was served to us in a to-go bag. Understandably technology is not always very reliable so we let that one go, and the last time we came in we decided to order from someone face-to-face. You guessed it, we once again got our food in a to-go bag. My girlfriend told the person that served us that this was supposed to be an order for here, and she only said “sorry” and did not offer to even at least put the food on a plate. We’re all set with these guys 👍 oh, and they also find it necessary to sweep their carpets and stand around blabbing in the highest volume.

Panera is one of my favorite places to go plus this location is trashy not clean the cashier James was so polite and amazing I asked him what was in there chicken salad I came with 3 people the 3rd person had an allergy but wasn’t specifically my husband and I but we asked for him he asked help from a pale skinned blonde was was so overly rude to him and to us to the point I said James can handle his job and is doing amazing so leave the other lady prior to him a heavy lady was wearing pink looked at him rolled her eyes and walked away this poor employee ! And the blonde refused to give me her name I wasn’t being rude she stated if there an allergy she has to becareful which is correct and I said 4 times it wasn’t for us we were just asking !!!! She was so rude if this doesn’t get delt with correctly then shoppers will be in here and will ruin the reputation of this location a manager is supposed to be pleasant make the place seem friendly and great but once again James thank u and sorry I have to deal with the abuse of that type of management for a regular employee to have to apologize for management is sad

I have no idea how this place has 4 stars? Ordered broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. I then picked up my soup in a bowl. I said to the woman ( manager?) She seemed to be in charge, that I ordered my soup in a breadbowl she told me very sternly that they had no more left , and that i wasn't charged for the breadbowl. my wife told her and me that there were 3 breadbowls on the bakery rack but for some reason she didn't seem to care that there were breadbowls she seemed very non caring and definitely not friendly.So i guess the customer is wrong on this one? Nobody working there seemed to want to work. a girl was walking around spraying clean tables with cleaner overspraying everywhere just to kill time nothing beats eating than getting some nice purell overspray! I felt bad for the cashier who was in training by himself with 8 people deep on a Friday night in line he had no idea what to do or what to say to anyone asking questions maybe they should have someone up front helping him out not his fault but the management for putting him in that situation. Our friends met us there and 2 of there orders were wrong. Never going to that one !

Good service and food. Clean restaurant. It is weird using the self service ordering pad when an associate is standing at the register. I tried the Tuscan chicken sandwich and it was good. Bag of kettle cooked potato chips included. Food is pricey but it's not McDonald's. Outdoor seating available. Update: I had the Chipotle chicken avacado melt on tomato basil bread and it was good. Update: February, 2020; I had the Chipotle chicken avocado breakfast wrap and it was good. The medium roast coffee I liked. Update: March, 2020: Roast beef, egg and cheese bagel sandwich was good. Update; May, 2020; I used the drive thru since their remodeling. The staff was friendly and they wore masks. The bagel I ordered was not sliced straight and was burnt but, edible. The rest of my order was good, egg and cheese on a brioche roll and a chocolate croissant with coffee. I tried to order online but I couldn't enter my gift card because it was from a different company. They also said they had no croissants but they actually did. Update: Wednesday evening 🌆, April 2021; I ordered a margarita flatbread and brownie for dessert online. Both were good! It was ready at the requested time and pickup was easy. Update: Wednesday evening 🌆, May 2021; had a free delivery 🚚 offer. My order arrived on time through Door Dash. Sandwich 🥪 was a little beaten up but tasted okay. I recommend this Panera Bread.

Ordered a kid's chicken caesar salad and a chicken teriyaki bowl through online ordering. After I picked it up and got back, realized they didn't put chicken in the salad. For a kids meal that costs $8 after tax, very disappointed. Update: Giving back a couple stars since they refunded me the money for the mistake. That was very cash-money of them.
