Please be kind and considerate to your customers. Not everyone wants to hear about your personal business and who did what with who last night. If the workers were more concerned about taking customer orders rather than screaming and laughing like their job is a party, then my last 3 orders here might have been correct.

Travis and Chantel are the best!!! Their caramel coconut iced coffee is the best, they got me hooked, and created it themselves, so if you’re looking to try a new coffee, this is the one!! Tastes just like an almond joy 🤗

This is the worst snd most incompetent DD we ever had the misfortune to go to. It wasn't even busy. They were rude and charged us for wrong order. 25 minutes for an iced coffee. Lady at window was belligerent and should not be working with public.

This was a good establishment for the past couple years but the new people they have in there now they are disrespectful and rude was even told not to come back after returning 3 times within a 15 mins period due to them not getting my order correct it’s not the customers fault if your entire staff team does not know your machine is failing let alone remember to put Splenda instead of sugar in certain drinks when the customer ask………..this situation could of been considerably worst due to certain medical reasons but i will respectfully leave my comment here to ensure others to check your drinks

The service is spotty - the evening staff has a tendency to be rude. I will say ordering on the app tends to help with the accuracy of your drink, thankfully.

1 star, because your staff reflects your store. Blonde girl in front might need to reevaluate her career. Very busy day the rest of the staff was great with customers but Don't ask her a question because she does not know the answer but will rip your face off in the process.

Honestly, this is the best Dunkin Donuts in the Scranton Area in my opinion.
The staff always greets me with a smile. The food is tasty and warm, my coffee order is always accurate. Friendly, efficient staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, without hesitation! Ive been frequenting this location for almost 2 years now & I'm yet to be let down.
