Please be kind and considerate to your customers. Not everyone wants to hear about your personal business and who did what with who last night. If the workers were more concerned about taking customer orders rather than screaming and laughing like their job is a party, then my last 3 orders here might have been correct.

This was a good establishment for the past couple years but the new people they have in there now they are disrespectful and rude was even told not to come back after returning 3 times within a 15 mins period due to them not getting my order correct it’s not the customers fault if your entire staff team does not know your machine is failing let alone remember to put Splenda instead of sugar in certain drinks when the customer ask………..this situation could of been considerably worst due to certain medical reasons but i will respectfully leave my comment here to ensure others to check your drinks

Honestly, this is the best Dunkin Donuts in the Scranton Area in my opinion. The staff always greets me with a smile. The food is tasty and warm, my coffee order is always accurate. Friendly, efficient staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, without hesitation! Ive been frequenting this location for almost 2 years now & I'm yet to be let down.
