Was excited to try this place based on the reviews but sadly was very disappointed. My family and I love hibachi but this was terrible. Very bland. Also, one of my favorite parts of hibachi are the veggies. So disappointed to see broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots that seem to be from a microwave bag. Asked for medium cooked steak and got something the consistency of shoe leather. Unfortunately will not be ordering from here ever again.

Cannot speak to the quality of the sushi because I was unable to place an order with this restaurant. I attempted to place an order on the app and the website without luck. It said the restaurant was not open, despite my order being placed during the hours it is open. So I attempted to call 7 different times over the span of 15 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. Disappointed that I was unable to get though on any platform. Perhaps the online ordering system should be removed if the hours are not properly reflected.

It used to be a really cool restaurant with delicious food and great service. But all I can say is BIZARRE. We came in at 8:50 on a Thursday, I guess the waitress was somehow upset because they closed at 9:30? 🤷🏼‍♀️ We asked if we should go somewhere else but…after she scrambled around to ask someone “in the back”(while looking frightened) she insisted we sit down, sooo ok…she asked if we knew what we wanted while giving us menus, it was very strange, I was motioning to my bf to leave but he was like umm yea I think we do..I ordered a tempura app and 2 rolls and he wanted a steak and lobster hibachi and dumplings but ordered tempura bc he was flustered, but she snatched the menus..and then said it was too late to change the order soo… ok The fresh crab for the sushi was like crab from a tin and the fish was not fresh. Oh and the rice was COLD, 🤔 I have NEVER had that happen with made to order sushi, I didn’t eat more than one piece of each of my rolls. Also the veg on the side of the hibachi that my boyfriend got looked like reheated microwaved frozen broccoli carrot and cauliflower, just unseasoned and thrown in the plate, so bad it was almost embarrassing. The tempura was kind of doughy. Then while we were still eating she brought over takeout containers and so my boyfriend just gave her the credit card, it was all just very strange. For a dinner for two that cost almost $100 with a tip, it was not impressive. We would happily have gone pretty much anywhere else. Sorry to be so harsh because we really wanted to like it. But… Pretty bad guys. Won’t be back. What happened?
