Came through the drive-thru wanting a milkshake and the ice cream machine was down. Was super disappointed BUT! The man at the window was exceptional! He was an older man I wish I would’ve gotten his name he was working the late shift on 3/16. Super nice, friendly and patient with an awesome attitude! Will be back again (-:

Can't make a burger plain when asked, now my wife has to sit through the whole drive thru line again costing us our time which we can't get back. Worthless should be reimbursed for her wasted time because they can't do what they are paid for. Inside is closed so she can't even go In to save her time for their mistakes.

Hot and fresh even late night. Friendly staff. Usual gut ache the next day, but what do you expect when you and your woman orders a 24 pack of cheese Krystal's and two chili cheese fries.

Stopped to get Krystal at this location at 9:30 am and they refused to make me Krystal I’ll never stop at this Krystal again call to speak with manager the male said he was the manager and refused to give me his name and said that today was his last day anyway

Food was good, but the service was extremely slow.had to wait more than usual to get my drive thru order. Perhaps they were understaffed at that time..

How worked here and just because I’m not black enough I got treated different. Also was laid off work and not allowed to work my two weeks notice out trying to pay for a child all because they didn’t wanna come explain to me why there was not letting me work my two weeks notice out the store is a bunch of jokes because the way I was done was not OK I should’ve been able to work a two weeks notice so instead of left with no work and no exclamation thinking I still had a job

Stopped in about a month ago at about 6pm. Couldn't get into dining area to place order.Was told they close dining at 6.and I would have to use the drive thru. Can't do that because I drive a☹Truck.

drive thru food was good.. but the cashier decided to keep my debit card.. thank God i realized before i got too far away. Then had an attitude at the window when i went back and asked for it... this is the second time this has happen at this location..
