I like going here for a quick meal. The establishment is always clean no matter what time of day I've happened to visit. They do get busy during lunch hours 11-2 and dinner. Busy times can vary, I've noticed, but usually between 530-7 is pretty busy. My favorite to eat there is the plate, which consists of one rice or noodle and 2 entrees. I opt for ½white rice and ½ noodles with beef broccoli and orange chicken. Other times I'll switch out the Orange Chicken for Beijing Beef. You really can't go wrong with anything there! Add some rangoons to your order and you're set!

I usually always go to the forum location but i needed a fast drive thru experience today so i came here. i should’ve just walked inside the other one and at least then i could’ve left satisfied. for starters, i pull to the speaker(only car in line) and before ik even fully there, i’m told to hold. that’s fine, the inside could’ve been busy. the girl taking my order interrupted me more times than i could count on 2 hands, at the end of the order i ask for sauce and she tells me “that’s something you need to ask for at the window” i say okay and drive up. i pay and am asked by the same girl “morgan” if i need any sauce. i ask for soy sauce again. she gives me the bag sideways to where if i tried to use the handles, everything would’ve flipped over, not to mention it almost fell to the floor because how fast she was trying to get me out. i look in the bag as i’m driving off, no soy sauce, no straw. what a joke. never again will i come here or recommend.

I would have rated this experience higher however I pulled up an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and they told me that they were out of Beijing beef and only had one serving of beef and broccoli I asked if they could make more they said no due to our hours changing 30 minutes earlier. I just thought it was a little weird cuz you would think that the restaurant would make fresh food up until close. once we are out of food we are out of food of that product I guess they do not make fresh food at least until 30 minutes before close. like I said I was there an hour and 15 minutes before they even closed. I would not expect them to have to cook a lot just a little bit of each item to keep the menu alive but I guess they leave what they have under the heat lamp all the way till close and if they run out at 8:00 they just close early. little disappointing some people don't get off until 8:00 at night.

Worst experience ever. Sat in line for nearly 30 minutes because they messed up a large order for one guest. So they made a line of 6 people wait for 25 minutes before taking any orders while they continued doing online/drive through orders. Biggest disrespect and waste of time ever and they didnt even give professional courtesy (the manager himself) to even say sorry for the wait. Avoid this location its being run by some young guy who barely looks assistant manager material at best. This location is a joke.
