If there was a way to give a zero, I would . I purchased 20 dollars worth of breakfast , to only get a coffee that tasted like it had no coffee in it , and my sandwich had mold on the bread . It's clear , that the staff there are not doing things right. This is the second time I've had an issue in this Dunkin and it's always something . Either the food was old or it wasn't done right .. below I leave a picture of my lovely moldy sandwich smh

The drive thru entrance is hard to enter, and it is an awkward fit for most cars. Not a lot of parking. The food is what you expect from Dunkin. The wait for the drive thru is almost always slow.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would.. I just went through the drive thru at 2:30 this afternoon at the Union St location. First of all the girl was a miserable wretch. Second of all how on gods green earth are you going to serve someone frozen hashbrowns they were not even cooked. We watched the girl as she was practically throwing our food around all because she got mad because she was not listening when we ordered and made our order wrong. Now I remember why I stopped going to dunkin in the first place.

This is the only dunkin I go to regularly which ALWAYS gets the orders exactly right. They never miss a step, even on the few occasions I have ordered for a large group (today it was 7 people). Service is always with a smile, and while the lines can get long, they do manage to get people through incredibly quickly when compared with other Dunkin's in the area. Thanks as always for the impeccable service!

Just went to dd asked for a bagel well toasted and extra cream cheese got home and there was hardly any on the bagel I also got avacodo toast and the bread was rock hard couldn't even eat it. Dd has gone down hill

This location does not offer pup cups. They wouldn't even let me buy whipped cream in a cup. Just a heads up for dog owners!
