Dunkin'

I stopped today at breakfast time got two caramel cappuccino and some other stuff , one of the coffee was half the cup and other one was full and a employee said that’s how it should be when she clearly see it’s half the cup and refused to make a new coffee. 4.75$ for half a cup of caramel cappuccino.

Went in this location on Wednesday June 2, 2021 for some doughnuts, sad to say I didn't get any. Matter of fact the employee stated several times I'll be with you in a min sir. Never came to take my order after almost 15 min. Gladly another employee clocked in on the computer while I was there, she never came to take my order either... As I was walking out towards the Pilot store, a gentleman walks in and one of the employees immediately takes his order after I had stood there for almost 20 min. Needless to say I'm Black other gentleman was of a different ethnic background.

The guy who make the coffe, I don't get his name, but this guy is a dirty person, mix the coffe whit a spond all dirty then throw the spond over the table, then pick up again and mix other coffe, beside that he was touching his face all the time his nose, his mouth, yawning almost 7 time, and he work and food place, manager was there but I don't think she cares, about it. if you are in the drive thru, you better get inside and see how this person do your meal.

The staff is very friendly always. This is definitely my "go to" Dunkin and most likely always will be. My past so many light and sweet ☕ have been light, but not so sweet 😝They do have a few new employees I've noticed and it could take them a bit to get it down 😎 Nonetheless, wonderful work and ty 🙌💯
