Dunkin'

Slowest dunkin I’ve ever been too which was weird because they had a few people there. Besides that they were cross contaminating!!!! Between making sandwiches and drinks. No gloves or switching glove. I should have taken pics but I was too much in a hurry to make a huge deal after waiting 20 mins to even get my turn. Never again.

The manager was rude harassing me for sitting down saying that the lobby is closed for dine-in seating. I was off by myself at least 6 ft from the nearest person with my mask on waiting for my order. When they told me that I can't sit down I immediately got up and said ok but that's a little rediculous. I will never return to this location which is unfortunate because it's close to where I work

This is just like all the other thousands in the area with a fair selection of Bakery, and acceptable but not outstanding coffee. It's clean, it has both drive-through and parking, and it is write with all the other Nationwide food. There is also a quiet good restaurant which is unique and a bit pricey, also within the five corner area.

This Dunkin' has both good things and bad things. It seems like sometimes they are understaffed, which I get, it's retail. Though most of the time, the employees are nice and get my order right. Between 730-8am you have to set aside time to wait here. Also, as the day progresses, the staff tends to be fewer and I guess not as speedy or efficient, as someone has made my drink at the window before and I was late for work.

Once again they screwed up my order! My wife went through the drive up to get me a large caramel swirl macchiato. When she arrived home it was about a 60% full cup of cappuccino DD is charging high prices but the consistency & quality does not warrant the prices We recently began giving this location a chance again since it’s the most convenient. Previous order screw ups were inconvenient and the straw that broke camels back before was a large macchiato that was only milk! The management/ ownership of this location can not keep competent help working at this location
