Tried the new fried chicken philly cheesesteak sandwich, and it wasn't bad. It was fairly tasty, although a little strong on the onions, though. The cheddar bites were good as well. Just miss the marinara.

On our way back from Florida we stopped by here. Actually the fastest service from any Zaxby’s I’ve been to, super hot food, and very SEASONED fries. Unfortunately there was no sweet tea due to something being broken. Also, I almost slipped. There was a caution sign on the floor but not where the actual puddle was. I gave service 4 stars because we asked for barbecue sauce instead of Zax sauce for one of our meals, they tried to just charge us for an extra sauce until I said something(this is common at other Zaxbys also).

The lunch line wasn't long, of course you will wait but my food was accurate and fresh.

Why did you get rid of some of your salads. My favorite was the blue salad. You've taken that one off the menu so I asked for the house salad. I was about half way done when I started to get sick. I'm sorry but there's a good chance t won't be ordering from there again.

The drive through is super fast and everything is well seasoned and feels fresh. The chicken is super crispy and tender and the fries are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The sauce is super similar to canes sauce (and in my opinion slightly worse than canes sauce) but still super delicious. Very good 👍👍

Good. We love Zaxby's. This one seems to have been set up do mostly pickups by delivery services and takeouts. A lot of the dining in features we're not available or serviced.
