Subway

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I sent my boyfriend into this subway so that he can pick up our food, after completing the order online. The order was to be ready at 6:40c and he got there right at 6:40. They were getting irritated with him because he couldn't understand them, so he called me and I told them what they needed to know and he hung up as they were giving him the food. 20 minutes goes by and it's 7:00, he's still at the subway. I texted him to ask him what was taking so long, and he goes on to tell me that they wouldn't give him the food because there was SOMEONE else's trash by his car. They refused to give it to him until after he picked it up and threw it away. The customer service is ATROCIOUS.

Just left this store.. let me just say this I WORK AT A SUBWAY!! Not this one though.. so I know what it’s supposed to be what and this store is not doing things properly I witnessed her shorting people of meat. She gave me 2 thimble filled scoops of tuna for that thick bread!! Also they do not except coupons which I think is very unappreciative to the customers who come there and spend money. Stores like this don’t care anything about the customer they just want the money and are subject to jack up prices so please beware!!

This was my first and last time coming to this subway. I ordered a veggie delight salad. VEGGIE! No meat! It barely filled half of the bowl and that was even after I asked for more lettuce. She literally gave me 4 very thinly sliced cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, and a sprinkle of everything else I asked for. Ridiculous! There's no way that salad was worth 6 bucks and I was still hungry afterwards.

Would give less stars if I could. Ordered 2 subs on the mobile app that were completely wrong. I went back just to have them remade and was told I should "be happy I got 2 subs for the price of one and that she wasn't remaking them." Ridiculous that they shame you for using a coupon for subway... I asked to speak to a manager, and was told if I wanted to speak to a manager I should have come when he was there. I asked once again to have the subs remade, and the woman began swearing at me. She then refused to refund me, and told me to talk to subway, not her. I don't know what kind of customer service that's supposed to be, but I recommend going somewhere that actually shows the customers a little respect.

Worst experience tonight! My boyfriend wanted a combo meal, which we got, but he opted for Cookies instead of chips. The rude staff behind the counter stated that “I should have stated that he wanted cookies, if she had known earlier she would have rung it up that way.” Excuse me, I didn’t know that I worked for subway, I didn’t know that it was my job to tell the lady, you asked what we wanted on the sandwiches, but never what side. Better trained staff is needed at this location. Now I know for next time, maybe when IF I decide to go back I should make my own sandwiches.
