It’s an in and out place so don’t expect a glamorous atmosphere. Garlic shrimp was delicious and the staff was extra friendly.

This is by far the best place I have found for hard shell crabs and the customer service is beyond words. Miss Anna is a wonderful person whi takes very good care of her customers!!! ❤️ Highly recommend!!!

You can litterally smell the food from around the corner, that's what brought me here, and IM GLAD I CAME!
This place is the first seafood place I went into and the boat pulled up bring the GOODS! FRESH SEAFOOD!!

VARIETY! This is a hidden gem in good Savannah, and I recommend the dungeness crab! And the conch was excellent! They also have fried foods wings, gizzards, tenders. They will also cook anything you order if you ask. Thanks guys, I will be back!!!

Great customer service. Quality of food was exceptional. During my personal experience I would say there was close to 25 cars pulling in and out at once. I could tell it was rush hour, and i managed to order 4 dozen large crabs with two shrimp dinners and a medium low country boil and be out of the parking lot with my delicous food in 20 minutes.

Recently went here on my 4th of July camping trip and decided to order the low country boil. It was really good and also getting it was amazing. The customer service there was really good. They took my order very respectfully and when I arrived it was already ready to go. Also the person who brought me my food was also very nice and when I asked for some more napkins she gladly ran inside and brought me some without any problems. I will definitely come back.

Today was my first visit to Southside Shellfish and you did not disappoint. It was extremely busy and the customers waiting outside were very rude, but your team remained calm and courteous. I did have to wait awhile but it was expected and well worth it. I will definitely be back. YOU LADIES ROCK!

Fresh seafood, cooked to order if you want. Great variety. Call ahead and keep trying because they are busy. Glad they don't handle the nasty phone while prepping my food. Worth the wait. Don't call on Monday, they are closed at the time of this review. Check the sign on their door or their Facebook page as hours and days of operation are subject to change.
