Dunkin'

You guys need to hire some more competent people who can speak a secondary language. We all have patience and can understand up to a certain point, but when I have to repeat my order more than twice than there’s a possible issue, that maybe, the person at the window should get more experience in understanding English. Moral of the story, I repeated myself more than once and my order still came out wrong. They ADDED something into my coffee that I never asked for. Waste of money and time. I was in line for over 18 minutes as well.

Please train your employees. If I ask for a sweet black pepper bacon wrap it comes with white cheddar not American cheese. If I ask for a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel, it does not come on a croissant. Either train them how to read the screen or make food properly based on the menu and training videos you’re supposed to give them for each new window. It’s really not that hard I’ve worked at Dunkin’ and knew how to do my job properly/ask management for help if I didn’t know how to do one thing but maybe that’s just me being a good employee.

Do not go to this Dunkin. It is dirty and disgusting, donuts are always covered in fruit flies and I could only imagine what the back looks like. Donna the manager is incredibly rude and condescending. She should be fired. Alicia is very sweet. Still do not go here go to another dunkin that's cleaner.
