Dunkin'

Manager quite hostile with my presence in the store while I was waiting to use the restroom, I had my coffee in hand. "You can't stay there more than 10 minutes", she said just out of the blue. I explained I was waiting to use the restroom and she repeated "10 minutes only, and I am counting". I was embarrassed, there were customers in the store. The weather was bad, it was really cold to wait outside... Believe it or not, it was my second time in the store ever since I moved to Saugus. I won't show up again.

the worker who took my order gave an extreme amount of attitude that i did not deserve. i asked for what i wanted which was clearly displayed on the menu above me and she denied it and said she had never heard of it before even though she could look up and read it. i ordered the same thing i always get which is a medium iced tea with lemon, liquid cane sugar, and light ice. i got an iced green tea with too much lemon and more than half the cup filled with ice. i also ordered a 2 for $4 bagels and i asked for one with butter and one with cream cheese and the bagels were wrong. we were given two packages of cream cheese and no butter. all in all worst experience i’ve had at this dunks and i’ve gone here my whole life.
