Our first time trying this takeaway tonight and it won't be our last! The food was fantastic and worth every penny! The service was great from the friendly staff! We highly recommend this place!....update! This is our go to place for Chinese food now. No where else matches it!

My partner, our daughter and I moved to Saughall about five years ago and, on a recommendation from my in-laws, tried the Far East. The food was excellent and it became our ‘go to’ Chinese delivery. Sadly, they seemed to have changed chef after a few years, and the food became so salty and badly prepared that it was basically inedible. Tonight, we decided to give it one more try, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food was actually better than when we first used them, light and well cooked, a good mix of well prepared ingredients and very enjoyable. One of the things I originally liked about the Far East was that they don’t do the ‘rice or chips with every dish’ thing, which seems so common up here (I’m from London), which means you can choose a couple of dishes, choose rice or noodles, and not wind up with a load of leftovers. Their salt and pepper chips are very good btw! Having tried them again tonight, I’m interested to try their new extended menu which has some rather tempting looking seafood options. Also, one of the reasons we ordered from here tonight is that they do banana fritters ( my other half’s favourite) and I’m sure she actually purred at the first mouthful! So, in summary, a very welcome return to form. I’m very pleased that we can definitely recommend the Far East again, and look forward to our next order.

Ordered a couple of times from here now and it has always came really hot and tasted fresh. Definately one of the best Chinese takeaways we have experienced.

We ordered whilst staying at a local Air BnB. The food was delivered promptly and all of the food ordered was fantastic and was probably one of the nicest Chinese takeaways we have ever had. Great value for money. Would highly recommend!

Just had an amazing meal from Far East again it’s the best Chinese takeout we no by far all the staff are lovely and friendly. The food is by far restaurant quality and faultless service every visit. I have a gluten allergy and the Far East has always catered for this. Amazing takeaway.
