The staff we encountered this evening were rude and stupid. The job is pretty simple, you scoop ice cream lol. We asked if they had a certain flavor because we did not see it in the case, and one girl said no then we asked the other lady and she said yes.Then we asked about another flavor, and both said no, but then we saw it in the case. How do you not know what flavors you have? There’s not many of them and they are labeled in front of you. My husband then asked that they pack 2 quarts for us of those flavors, the first girl said that they don’t do it and to look at their prepackaged ones. He then asked the shift manager who also said they don’t do that. It’s on the menu, and we’ve order quarts and pints before. He asked a third time, and something must have clicked bc that’s when she said she could do that. Both ladies were being rude and short with my husband, there weren’t any other customers there, not that being busy warrants a bad attitude towards your customers. Anyways we got home and the quarts weren’t properly packed. They literally weren’t packed. The ice cream was sitting loose in the container, and when we packed it, it was about half the size. What a rip off. If you want Baskin Robins, go to another location. There are a ton nearby

Whoever the man was working this morning was incredibly rude to me on the phone. I was asking very normal questions about cake prices and whether or not I needed to pre-order. He very abruptly told me he didn't have time to discuss this withe because he was busy. I'm pretty sure customer service applies to customers on the phone. I called back to speak to someone else and he practically yelled at me when he answered the phone. I cannot believe someone would be so rude to a customer looking to buy such a large ticket item. I told him that I definitely will not be purchasing the cake from him. I will probably never go to that store again.

The ice cream was really good. It tasted fresh and no freezer burn. The chocolate dipped waffle bowl my husband got was not good. It tasted like coconut(which he hates). The cherry on my “sundae” tasted like a raspberry, very strange. The one employee who helped us was nice but, the two employees in the back were completely ignoring a woman who came in at the same time as us. I ordered the Warm cookie sundae and he told me right away that the microwave was broken.

I love their Cappichino blasts. They are amazingly good (although a little expensive). This is my first time to this location and I was surprised by how clean it was and how many cakes they had on display. I got there 5 minutes before they closed but the guy was super nice and insisted on making my drink anyways. I know what a pain it is to clean everything and then have something come in the last minute but the guy made sure to make me feel like it wasn't an inconvenience! Only other issue is they made me a mocha one instead of the Carmel one i asked for, but I'm sure they would of fixed it if I pointed it out. It's not as good in my opinion, but still delicious.
