We ordered from a kiosk with the food ready 5 minutes later. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was my first time trying their Green Goddess salad, and it was really good! There was a lack of seating, with several tables uncleaned during the duration of our stay, and that’s the only negative I can note.

Food was pretty good. Sandwich was a tad dry but good. The broccoli 🥦 🧀 cheddar soup was good but slightly spicy this time, which was different 🤷🏻♀️😅 It was our first to go order and I thought my drinks were included in the bag, but it was only the cup🥺 no hibiscus tea 🍵😢🤯😭 No one mentioned I get my own drink, they just handed me the bag and said have a good day😅🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ I called to talk to a manager but I couldn't get though 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

The broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl is a favorite! 😋 Have that with an Arnold Palmer and you're good to go! Panera has delicious salads, bagels and more. 😀

Ate here once a day during my visit over the last week. Always used the app and picked up through the drive through. Food was delicious, coffee always hit the spot, and the staff was delightful. They really seem to have a great team here!

I absolutely love this place. Ordered their broccoli cheddar soup. Comes with a french baguette so your able to dip into soup. I ordered a iced chia latte with a blueberry scone for dessert. Served fast.

Sad. We love Panera and we love the coffee it's just too bad that they force you to get almond milk in a plastic cup. It's really weird because we try to go plastic free and that's the only way they will give you almond milk. They won't put it in the paper cup. You have to use plastic. They have recycling but who knows if anything gets recycled these days. It's a weird policy that really makes no sense they should change it

My advice would be to avoid this restaurant. I don’t know if all Panera restaurants are as bad as Santa Fe’s, but the one here is inexcusably bad, both for restaurant dining and pick up. Inside this restaurant is always dirty with many uncleared tables and old, dried out bread, stale soups, wilted salads, etc. Ordering online is equally bad since they have repeatedly left entire items completely out of the order and what you get are insultingly small portions of mediocre food. The items are listed and paid for, but not in the bags once you get home. They never answer their phone at the local restaurant and online support is literally non existent. They obviously already know something is seriously wrong when they make it impossible to contact them! Stay away!
