This is the Worst fast food place in all the USA. The employees have to be on drugs. Every time I come here; only because it’s close to work, there is an issue. Having to sit and wait to order, even when your the only one in line. Not sure if the headphones are off or if they are PURPOSELY ignoring customers so we can leave. After today and wasting almost half my lunch break waiting to order I will not be returning.
Coropate needs to clean house and start over

Wow! This new sandwich is delicious. Recommend to add cheese and bacon to make it extremely delicious. Hand breaded spicy chicken is just great. Drive thru was fast and associates were very courteous

In a big work truck, unable to go thru the drive thru and the hours On the door state they are open till 11. Kid inside (not working or in a BK uniform) said to walk thru the drive thru so I did. Waited standing in line for 15 minutes behind other vehicles and when I got to the window he refused to take my order. Either keep the doors open or be willing to help when the dining room is closed for your convenience. Horrible staff, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

I have never experienced such rude staff at any drive-thru in my life. I mean YELLING at me through the speaker while I was trying to place an order. I'll drive to the other end of town if I want BK before I'll go back to this one.

The chicken sandwich was arguably one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. The employees were rude for no reason, almost as if I was inconveniencing them to order food from there. They have been rude the past 3 times I've been there. I will never go back after this experience. To the owner out there of this store, its garbage and will be closed soon. If your reading the reviews looking for a reason to eat here, DONT. Its trash.

Nasty and rude people work here. They don't put tea or even napkins out. Messed up on order. As for the bathroom OMG I don't think they know how to clean them, The sink even looked like it had blood in it.
Please review my photos. This place needs to be shut down.
Just go some other place !!!! This place is about as bad as it gets !!!!

Went there at lunch at around noon. No napkins. No ice in the machine. Staff acts like you aren't there. Ordered whoppers, which when I got half way thru, realized it was very undercooked. They made a replacement. Upon getting this one I cut it in half, the meat was barely warm. After waiting nearly 20 minutes finally got my money back, which they didn't really want to do. Will not go back.

Staff was rude and short tempered. Ordered one chicken sandwich. Waited 10 minutes and never received my order. Could not get the attention of the staff to ask about it. I left.
