If I can give it zero stars I would they handed my food to somebody else they didn’t have ice then she tells me if I wanna go ahead and cancel my whole order because they gave it to the person in front of me instead of making a fresh order they charge me twice she said that the first transaction was going to go back on my card but she couldn’t give me a receipt which I’ve done customer service and I know a receipt prints out so don’t go there

For weeks now every time we try to go they are closed or closing. Seems to either shut it down between 8pm and 9pm. Ive had cars in front of me get served then i am told no more they are closing. Its sad because I love Arby's food. But the people running this one need to be replaced.

I'm not a fan of the hamburger meat that they use but if you want a roast beef sandwich wow this place is awesome and the crew is great

I still haven't had my replacement meal everytime I call no answer an GM HANG UP ON ME IN THE DAY TIME TELLING ME SHE CAN'T REPLACE MY FOOD THAT I GOT PICTURES OF SMH ... THE NIGHT MANAGER ARE KIND AND UNDERSTANDING ITS JUST CRAZY AND IM A REGULAR...AN EVEN BRING THE FOOD BACK JUST WISH THEY GET IT TOGETHER

The girl at the counter made our order for dine in by mistake, which wasn't really a big deal until we asked to get a bag so we could take it to go. She was obviously annoyed and made a point of putting our food in the bag as slowly as possible

Great food. Good people at the place. If you want a great sandwich this is where you want to go.

I got a turkey turkey bacon ranch wrap the wrap was so hard I could not chew it and all of the ranch was gobbed up in the very end of the wrap it also took a good while to get my food. Don't think I will go back soon.
