was told We cannot add things to my sandwich or take away and can only order it the way it comes. Also an employee was sleeping in a booth right when you walk in.Skip this and go to jersey mikes, firehouse or subway all are within a mile ❤️

They do a great job of making sure your food is fresh and quality packaging. Customer service here has not disappointed me. Great job! Keep up the great work!! Definitely a favorite sandwich spot.

Hard 3 star service. I order here almost every week. My order is generally the exact same and it’s messed up often. Never cut in half or missing food and napkins etc. I know what to expect and have become forced to check my order for continuity. Today was slightly worse and prompted this review. Order was expectedly messed up again and the music was this terrible scream metal. I’d prefer Lamb Chops Play-along on repeat.

I can tell the lady that often works the register would rather be anywhere else besides work. I get it but you can't wear that feeling on your face when your working customer service. Everytime she has taken my order she has just stood there looking at me with no smile waiting on me to order without saying "Hello" or "Welcome to Jimmy John's." Besides this the food has always been quick, good, and correct.

Over the last year or more this location has been outstanding. Consistent food products, friendly fast and courteous service, clean and welcoming dinning area, and overall a pleasant experience.
