If we are in town, we go every Saturday morning for sausage gravy biscuit with fried egg on top and oatmeal or everything muffin. My husband ordered sausage gravy biscuit at Boca Bay at Wrightsville Beach good but no comparison to Kathy’s. I no longer order oatmeal anywhere other than Kathy’s. I know you are probably saying oatmeal is oatmeal but try it, you will like it. Staff is Great, Attentive, and Extremely Pleasant.

Big bird soup is a must at Kathy's Java. Great service and always delicious food. How to place for a delicious soup, quiche and sandwich! Oh and great coffee drinks as well!

Cute little coffee shop with great service and a good view. I had one of the best coffees of my life a delicious muffin that just about melted in my mouth.

This place is amazing I try to go there every time I'm dating downtown Sanford the service is excellent the breakfast sandwiches are excellent the coffee is outstanding highly recommend if you are in the area definitely stop in you won't be disappointed
