It's a decent chain breakfast restaurant. Food is affordable and good. My omelet was a bit dry, the waitress was friendly. Maybe a bit too talkative.

Went to IHOP for dessert . Service was amazing John attended us , he was very polite and respectful. Provided a great service.

Got the best customer service and the best combo at this location and the most good impression was great because of the waitress who made my pup very thrilled with the pup-cup.

We had stopped going to IHOPs because the service/cleanliness had gone downhill. Decided to try this one before taking the Auto Train, and I'm so glad we did. Wonderful service, extremely clean, and just an overall outstanding experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The food was great like always and the new Benedict Eggs menu is so good, also always recomend to download the APP to gain point and then redem with for free pancakes and if like ice cream the Shakes are so good. Go and visit you and the family will love for sure also they have shareble options ask.

We have not eaten at this place in a very long time since the it was sold to a new owner. We don’t live close by like we use to, but decided to come here since we were heading out of the city. The best decision we made. IHOP SANFORD, please take care of your employees so you don’t loose them. Right now you have one of the top omelettes on our list.
Your cook José rocked it! Our sever Mimi rocked it too! You used fresh ingredients and love put in our breakfast. Even our bacon was cooked perfectly. We could definitely TASTE the difference in a good breakfast, and a great one! Keep up the great work! ( The picture does not do the flavor justice. It tasted better than it looks)

We are at the Sanford IHop every week for our River's Edge Networking group. Kele and the staff are terrific. They do everything they can to make sure our breakfast is served hot and delicious - even if our meeting gets started. Way to go, Kele!!

Came here at about 6pm on a December night, and had the gift of having Melanie as our server. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, and she was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to us all night. She had our food out in 10 minutes! Me and my significant other had a very pleasant evening.
