Taco Bell

Not sure if the manager was trying to be a smart you know what or if she was actually being nice but I greatly appreciate the hot sauce that she gave me. Went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple tacos and a burrito and ask the lady for as much Fire Sauce as she could give me without getting in trouble as I got up to the window I saw the manager kind of push her way in and moving around a lot like she was doing something with the sauce after receiving my bag of food 3/4 of the bag was nothing but Fire Sauce that's customer service I asked him for as much as possible and they served.

As a germophobe, I'm not happy that Taco Bell is moving everything to the kiosk. Only if you decide to dine in. Instead of redirecting me to the kiosk, the gentleman behind the front counter immediately asked to take my order instead of what other locations of done. As such, customer service has not completely died at this location. Five stars!

Keep in mind my star rating is relative for fast food. I recently visited this location and it has much improved. It used to be very slow service but I got my order before I had even expected to. They used to be running out of stuff, like basics such as meat or beans, but nothing seemed to be out. The interior used to be dirty with the smell of sewage emanating from a vent in the floor, but it just kinda smelled like beans and meat and other expected smells. The employees were pretty nice, even with the prior problems I hadn't really had issues with their employees before. I'm not sure how long it has been this much better as I believe my last visit was when Obama was in the White House.

Great food, but no matter how many staff they have for some reason their drive thru line piles up to about 15-20 min wait or longer! They employees are going as fast as they possibly can. I guess that is just one more thing that proves they have great food! Inside is clean & comfortable, the staff is very friendly & helpful which is a huge plus especially when compared to some other fast food places where the staff ignores you. This location has always been very well kept inside & out!
