The food was exceptional, the service was fast, the sandwich was a little sloppy but that might just be how the promotional good burger 2 is. It's better than a big Mac, but I still love their roast beef so much more than this delightful burger could hope to achieve even with 50% waygu beef.

So normally when I drive by this particular Arby's it's always dead there's nobody there nothing but I went there tonight got the family some food and my experience was totally amazing the young gentleman who took my order was very polite he was amazing that's all I wish I could have got his name because he was fantastic my food was hot even after I got home it was still hot and it tasted delicious and oh my heck I'm so so impressed thank you Arby's thank you so much

Had a good experience today, the GM took our order and greeted us the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Her customer service was on point and polite. The fries needed some attention. Gave 5 stars for the amazing customer service

Staff was a mess, but the food came out great. However, I noticed that they had A LOT of orders coming in, so maybe being in a hangry mood, I was quick to judge. The fact that my order was only missing the sauce, means they did a great job all together still. I'm giving 4 stars, because I feel like management could have been handled a little better.. maybe next time, don't openly yell "just get them out of here" to your obviously teenaged employee who was most likely having anxiety from the rush... but again, it was busy with the orders, so maybe that was just a moment of stress coming out from having to manage a bunch of young adults and teens in a situation like that. We are only human after all!
