The new burger was way overcooked and under garnish. The roast beef with Swiss cheese was cold. The cheese was not melted. It was laid out badly. They needed to train their employees better on preparation of the food

This was the 2nd time we tried this Arby's since the new opening. Very disappointed. We will not be back.

Never like the food. The crinkle fries were salty. The french dip was nothing to right home about. Over priced for my bang buck.there was more roll then meat. Swiss cheese must have been liquid or it was not on there. Motzerlla sticks were good that my girlfriend gave me. The pop wss not even that good. Lady behind the counter was not really a friendly person. Also my girlfriend noticed an employee on their cell phone. I really don't think i will be returning to this restaurant

Got my order right went to grab food ask is there Arby's sauce? Yes sir get home literally 4 minutes away cold fries and no sauce. Who wants a roast beef sandwich with no Arby's sauce.

I used to love Arby’s but these last few months they are horrible.They messed my order up and gave me dried out chicken and fries. Then I called and told a manager the order was wrong and gross since I paid over 30 dollars for everything he took my name and told me to come back. So I went back and explained everything and the employees were rude about it and once again served dried out food!!!!! I’m done! I’ll go elsewhere.
