Applebee's

The food was good. Except when we ordered the quesadilla burger, we told them we wanted the meat well done and instead we received the burger medium rare. Also on top of that our waitress forgot our silverware and we had to get up and ask for it ourselves from another waitress. It wasn't just us that she forgot to give silverware because beside us there was a table of at least 8 that stated the same waitress didn't give them silverware.

This is definitely the best Applebee’s I’ve ever been to. I walked in here and was seated by the hostess at a booth. Soon after I was seated, a waitress came and took my order. I ordered a lemonade with no ice, which I got quickly. When the waitress brought me my lemonade, I ordered some french fries, which I received after waiting a while. When I finished my lemonade, the waitress ASKED ME IF I WANTED A REFILL instead of just taking my cup and automatically refilling it just like every other server at every big restaurant chain. I really liked that she did that, because I always get annoyed when servers take away my cup to refill it before asking me if I want a refill first. Soon after that occurred, the waitress brought me my french fries and refilled lemonade. I ate my french fries, which tasted quite good, and drank some of my lemonade, which also tasted quite good. After I finished my food, I left the restaurant, immensely satisfied with my experience. I gave this restaurant five stars because it has the best service I have ever received at a major chain restaurant.
