Whataburger

It’s it extremely long to get my order! The person behind the counter had no urgency and seem very passive aggressive knowing I was upset for how long way to put my order!. I ordered the mushroom Swiss and the meat did not look like a patty at all it looked like crumbled up me grill very greasy. And the person behind the counter gave me no napkins. Whataburger is a great Texas place to go not this Whataburger

Whaterburger wanona: so me and my family go in there we sit down get our food and we’re talking and laughing and then this lady with her dog comes in and sits down at the table next to ours she’s being noisy in our conversation and she says is my dog causing all this attention we say no we get up to leave my brother and I get more soda the lady asks him something she asked him if he dates minors out of no where’s when his girlfriend was with him and there 18+ so we go outside and talk in the parking lot she comes out a few minutes later and has the audacity to walk her dog all the way around us then go o her car start it sit in her car and watch us and see what we’re doing when we’re just minding our own business then once we get in our cars and leave she’s throws us the finger as we’re pulling out of the parking lot I just felt she was racially targeting us cause we we’re people of color

Horrible service and not so friendly staff. Made an online order due to having my fur baby and trying to get to our location. Was able to order through the app to carry out. When we arrived lobby was closed and the drive through had about 13 cars. Called to try and cancel my order guy that picked up was rude. There was multiple people trying to go inside. If you know you're lobby is closed, why put that as an option through the app. Had to call corporate to get my money back. SO GLAD I'M VISITING, WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.
