This is a great local coffee shop. The place has a big menu with a lot of options for all types of clients. The service is good and the place has a good vibe. I got I cold creamy mocha chai, the drink was delicious I will be coming back to try more of the things in the menu. If you go to ccsf you can easily come here before or after class.

Great little cafe - the menu is HUGE! The southwestern bagel is delicious. Never seen a coffee shop with pet birds in it. That was a little bit of a shock.

An Sf standard like so many other old school coffee houses. Standard bagel and sandwiches with a drinkable coffee to wash it down all at a reasonable price. They're service is really great and they move quickly.

I generally don't go to a cafe for food but wow I was actually impressed with what I orderedI got the fried egg sandwich (didn't expect anything super fresh maybe I'm used to Starbucks, which I still enjoy, BUT WOW) Groundworks is one of those places that clearly flies under the radar. You want a fresh breakfast, friendly service, quality coffee, and a nice atmosphere allow me to point you in the direction of Groundworks !!!! A+ / / *****

The place had a good vibe going on. The ambience was good. Might be a cool place to hang out and the barista was very jovial. Unfortunately, the espresso drink was just okay.

Can't believed there's such a unique coffee shop on Ocean Ave, the coffee is delicious, the fun part is the waiting time, there are cute birds to watch while waiting. Love it.

Really nice owners. Low-key place great for conversation, reading and studying. Nice place to hang out and meet friends. Bagels, sandwiches, salads are available. Desserts and coffee too.
