Friendly, gracious staff and good coffee. I also had a sesame bagel, which was a bit dry and prefab tasting. They have plenty of dairy alternatives and it's a nice place to sit and/or meet a friend. I'd go again for the welcoming vibe and good coffee.

This cafe serves one of my favorite coffee. The service is superb and there is comfortable sitting either inside or outside of the cafe.

I usually just get an Americano here, which is good. I'm not a coffee connoisseur so most coffee tastes fine to me. Sometimes Illy has a nutella brioche bun though, which had so much nutella in it I felt like hitting the gym immediately. But it was amazing. So that's my review.

Coffee is pretty subjective, but I love Illy’s coffee. They have pretty good snacks and food too. Not as fancy or large as the location nearby on Montgomery, but still excellent and intimate.

The baristas are always friendly. I can always expect above supreme service. Everyone is so friendly and they already remember my name and which drink I like.

Subtracting one star for the lack of WiFi. It has a wonderful Italian hot chocolate with just the right amount of sweetness and kind of a nutmeggy tang. The double espresso resonated with me as being authentic like those in the leggio domo of Italy. Prices typical.

One of the best aces for coffee I downtown if not SF. Although it is a bit pricey, every drink I have had here is well made and delicately balanced in terms of flavor. The hot chocolate I had was not too sweet and had a good mix of flavor, not too milky. Same with the vanilla latte. It had the perfect hint of flavor that was not overpowering. I took one star away because I have noticed flies buzzing around the food display which is actually food being served to customers.
