Five Guys

This is not a good Five Guys restaurant. The cashier told me they didn't have coins and that he could not give me change. There's nothing I can do at that point. I wonder what kind of scam the employees are shaving off the top? My bacon cheeseburger $10.89 didn't taste as good as their other restaurants. The meat was missing that Five Guys flavor. A Whopper from Burger King tasted better than this. The chef here has a nasty habit of smashing down on the burgers when he wraps it, deforming the bun and smooshing out the cheese, ketchup and onions. I noticed most of the photos of burgers here are all deformed. He doesn't care about the customer experience. The strawberry milk shake $5.30 was fine though.

The food here is always good, but the staff here are excellent. They're very friendly and helpful. You always feel welcomed and the food service is fast. They also make sure the burger is well packed if you get lettuce wrap. Very generous with the lettuce to actually make it easy to eat, unlike some other places. I'm super glad there's a Five guys in the mall.

Very slow, ordered 15 minutes ahead and arrived 25 minutes later, 10 minutes after order was supposed to be ready and still had to wait over 5 minutes still for them to cook fries, which they apparently didn't think to do earlier. It seemed intentional, so I get a soggy burger, the important part, and fresh fries I guess.
