Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza for delivery, this is what I received. $18+ for this? Tried to contact via telephone, was on hold for 25+ minutes. Drove to the Pizza Hut while still on hold.... I got to the counter with my phone on speaker, playing the "we'll be with you shortly.." message blaring on my phone. The personal the register exclaimed "What is this?" Offered to remake the order. I asked fir the delivery and price of the pizza to be refunded. Took a few minutes, but they did refund me for the order. Phone continued with the "we'll be with you shortly" message playing on speaker thru the entire transaction. Finally received an "I'm sorry boss..." as I was leaving. Really wish I could leave negative stars.

This is the worst pizza hut ever. I spent over $50 on my order just to get cold pizza and a raw stuff crust pizza. And then when I try to contact the store I was placed on hold only to be hung up on. I then called again and I was stuck on hold again and no one ever picked up. This is so upsetting when you spend your hard earned money somewhere and all you get is garbage. Never again! Don't waste your time. Domino's is across the street!

There was no option to order a personal chicken Alfredo pasta. Only the pan with the five bread sticks so I ordered that. Only to not get my five breadsticks. It’d be nice if all locations could have the same options or at least advertise that there are shortages or something. I got no explanation. There was also no lemon pepper seasoning. I got Cajun seasoning and it was overly seasoned. I couldn’t eat about half of my fries.

I ordered online and went all the way out there in this 30 degrees weather just to be told someone else picked up my order and paid for it! So I ask how can they if it was curbside and I put my vehicle description and all did this guy have the same description car as well.. she couldn’t answer that.. than I waited to speak with the manager for 8 minutes and she comes back on the phone to tell me he is too busy to take my call! I said I will wait and she was trying in every angle of ways to try to convince me he didn’t want to come to the phone.. then she says we will make ur pizza for free if you just wait! Another 25 minutes… unbelievable! Will never order from this place again!

Pizza WHUT! Tonight is the last time I ever get Pizza Hut.....spent $35 (tip included) for garbage! I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE ANOTHER PIZZA HUT SO LONG AS I LIVE EVER! Pizza Whut uses the cheapest, bottom of the barrel ingredients so they can make mass profits Literally the worst excuse for a pizza I've ever had! I would have faired better eating the box They should give me a full refund! They lost a repeat customer for life They can stick their "rewards" where the sun don't shine!

Pizza hut on Walzem messed up my order, didn't deliver a pizza but CHARGED me for it. When I called about the missing pizza, they implied the driver probably stole it and it wasn't their problem. Doordash called them and offered to have another driver go pick up the pizza, but they REFUSED to re-make it (if they ever did because doordash confirmed it was never in the order they picked up). Worst customer experience I've ever had. The blatant not my problem attitude was appalling.

Very unprofessional!!!! They can't answer the phone professionally. They leave you on hold for a long time. Like they forgot about you. Do they need a raise to provide great customer service or what?? NO!!! They don't deserve a star at all. If one store l sounds unprofessional then all the other stores my be unprofessional. Don't waste your money if they can't provide you the service, you deserve.

They left off part of my order. I was told that they “tried to call” to let me know but they didn’t. When I called to find out what their solution was, they told me they couldn’t refund my money. The part of the order I did receive, was over cooked (almost burnt); and they didn’t properly cut the pizza. I ended up having to eat it with a knife and fork because it couldn’t be pulled apart.
