Fun place to take younger children. Great atmosphere! The staff is friendly and they have safety precautions in place to make sure children are leaving with proper family members.

Overly priced for EVERYTHING. AND WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE CRAMMED TOGETHER FOR 6FT APART. Couldn't even get a SMALL prize after spending OVER $70 playing ticket games only... The air hockey game cuts off before even 1 person scores. And half the people there did NOT wear a mask. They made us take a photo when entering saying they had to check to see if we came in together when we leave. Didn't check 2 times we left and came back after eating at the food court , getting drinks (both times NOT THERE) and going in and out to get fresh air because of the rancid puke smell from inside... NON of which we where asked to show the "proof"... But when we where finally leaving they harassed us about the picture even though we told them that we LITERALLY HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT AT LEAST A DOZEN TIMES 🤣... They just suck...

My sons first time going.. He had a blast..

This place is always a blast for the kids now it doesn't have as many fun games as other Chuck E Cheeses but that my be because its located at the mall. I would have given it 5 stars but there wasn't anyone present when we went to leave to see if our kids were really ours....that's a No No especially since that's one reason people feel so safe going there

In a moments notice, the staff pit together a Birthday party for my grandkids. They were very professional and more importantly, accommodating. The kids had a great time and want to go back tomorrow! Thank you Chuck E Cheese for a wonderful afternoon.
